  1. GENERAL RULES AND DEFINITIONS

1.1 If you choose to use certain Newsendip Products and/or Services displaying or otherwise governed by these Terms and Conditions, including newsendip.com (the “Site”), and any of the features of the Site, including but not limited to RSS feeds, APIs, Software and other downloads (collectively, the “Services”), you will be agreeing to abide by all of the terms and conditions of these Terms and Conditions between you and Newsendip.

  • Account: Refers to the personal space, made available to the User and/or Customer on the Site, allowing them, after signing in with a personal access code, to access all or part of the Products and/or Services as well as the data related to their Contract, and to modify it. The Account can be accessed on the Customer’s profile page.
  • Contract: Means the set of Terms and Conditions applicable between Newsendip and a User and/or a Customer. It constitutes the entire agreement between them.
  • Customer: Means a natural or legal person linked to Newsendip by a Contract concerning Products and/or Services provided for a fee. A Customer must be a natural person of legal age and/or legally capable or a legal person.
  • Order: Refers to the actions of a natural or legal person, of a User and/or a Client expressing their firm intention to acquire a Product or subscribe to a Service offered by Newsendip for a fee. A User who places an Order becomes a Customer.
  • Privacy Policy: Refers to the document indicating the methods by which Users’ and/or Customers’ personal data is collected and processed by Newsendip, as well as the rights they have with regard to their data.
  • Products and/or Services: Means any product and/or service made available to the User and/or Customer, whether free of charge, served with advertising or in exchange for payment, by Newsendip.
  • Site: Refers to the online Product and/or Service published by Newsendip, accessible at www.newsendip.com. All the pages dedicated to the Products and/or specific Services are attached to the Site and accessible from it.
  • Terms and Conditions: Shall refer to the present general terms and conditions of sale and use, applicable to all Products and/or Services offered by Newsendip.
  • User: Means a natural or legal person linked to Newsendip concerning Products and/or Services. A minor may be a User with the prior authorization and under the responsibility of their parents or guardians, who are responsible for the minor’s compliance with the Terms and Conditions.

1.2 We may change, add or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions at any time by notifying you of the change in writing (including by email or by updating the date above after “Last Updated On”). Such changes shall become effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions prior to each use of the Site.

The User thus undertakes to read them carefully and acknowledges that the use of, subscription to and/or Contract to Products and/or Services of Newsendip implies their acceptance without restriction nor reservation. 

1.3 IF ANY OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, OR ANY FUTURE CHANGES, ARE UNACCEPTABLE TO YOU, YOU MAY CANCEL YOUR ACCOUNT AND/OR DISCONTINUE YOUR USE OF THE PRODUCTS AND/OR SERVICES. YOUR CONTINUED USE OF THE SERVICES NOW, OR FOLLOWING THE POSTING OF UPDATED TERMS AND CONDITIONS, WILL INDICATE ACCEPTANCE BY YOU OF SUCH TERMS, CHANGES, OR MODIFICATIONS.

1.4 We may change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time, including the availability of any Service feature, database, or content. We may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or all of the Services without notice or liability.

1.5 Being exposed to advertising is a condition of accessing the Services.

1.6 If any section of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that section will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining sections.

1.7 These Terms and Conditions will be interpreted and construed exclusively in English and French. All notices and correspondence will be written exclusively in that language.

1.8 These Terms and Conditions, together with our privacy statement and cookie policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Newsendip in relation to your use of this website.

  1. GENERAL TERMS OF SERVICE
    1. Content of the Products/Services

1.1 The contents of the Services, including the Site, are intended for your personal, noncommercial use. All materials published or available on the Services (including, but not limited to text, photographs, images, illustrations, designs, audio clips, video clips, “look and feel”, metadata, data, or compilations, all also known as the “Content”) are protected by copyright, and owned or controlled by Newsendip or the party credited as the provider of the Content. Newsendip also owns copyright in the selection, coordination, compilation, and enhancement of such Content (“Arrangement”). You shall abide by all additional copyright notices, information, or restrictions contained in any Content accessed through the Service.

1.2 The Services and Content are protected by copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, database rights, sui generis rights and other intellectual or proprietary rights therein pursuant to French and international laws. This means that you will not use, copy, reproduce, perform, display, distribute, embed into any electronic medium, alter, reverse engineer, decompile, transfer, download, transmit, monetize, sell, market, commercialize, create new works from, perform, display (including framing and inline linking), communicate to the public or in any way exploit any of the Content (or its Arrangement) or the Services (including Software) in whole or in part, without our prior written permission, except and only insofar as otherwise stipulated in regulations of mandatory law (such as the right to quote).

Notwithstanding the foregoing, you may forward our newsletter in electronic form to others who may be interested in visiting our website.

1.3 Certain Content is furnished by Reuters or news agencies, which will not be liable for any delays, inaccuracies, errors or omissions in any such Content, or in the transmission or delivery of all or any part thereof, or for any damages arising therefrom.

  1. Prohibited use of the Services

You may not access or use, or attempt to access or use, the Services to take any action that could harm us or a third party. You may not use the Services in violation of applicable laws or in violation of our or any third party’s intellectual property or other proprietary or legal rights. You further agree that you shall not attempt (or encourage or support anyone else’s attempt) to circumvent, reverse engineer, decrypt, or otherwise alter or interfere with the Services, or any content thereof, or make any unauthorized use thereof. Without Newsendip’s prior written consent, you shall not:

(i) access any part of the Services, Content, data or information you do not have permission or authorization to access, the development of any software program, including, but not limited to, training a machine learning or artificial intelligence (AI) system or for which Newsendip has revoked your access;

(ii) use robots, crawlers, spiders, scripts, services, software or any manual or automatic device, tool, or process designed to data mine or scrape the Content, data or information from the Services, or otherwise access or collect the Content, data or information from the Services using automated means;

(iii) use services, software or any manual or automatic device, tool, or process designed to circumvent any restriction, condition, or technological measure that controls access to the Services in any way, including overriding any security feature or bypassing or circumventing any access controls or use limits of the Services;

(iv) cache or archive the Content (except for a public search engine’s use of crawlers for creating search indices);

(v) take action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our network or infrastructure;

(vi) do anything that could disable, damage or change the functioning or appearance of the Services, including the presentation of advertising;

(vii) use the Content or the Service for the development of any software program, including, but not limited to, training a machine learning or artificial intelligence (AI) system.

You agree to:

  • Respect the laws and regulations in force, public order and good morals.
  • In particular, not to put online, record, deviate or transmit elements for inciting discrimination, hatred of a person or a group of persons because of their political opinions, their origin or their membership or non-membership, real or supposed, to a specific ethnic group, nation, race or religion, or their sexual orientation.
  • Not to hinder or disrupt the operation of the products or services as well as the associated servers and networks, in particular by jeopardizing their operation, security or integrity.
  • Not to use viruses, inject computer bugs, malware or exploit any other form of vulnerability to obtain benefits or access to protected data from the Site.
  • Immediately notify Newsendip if you discover a security flaw.
  • Not to collect, store or distribute to any third party the contents of the Site and/or its Products/Services.
  • Not to put online, record, or transmit by any means whatsoever content of an advertising or promotional nature, commercial solicitations, or classified ads of any kind.
  • Not to infringe on the rights of a third party
  • Not to post, record or transmit copyrighted material, unless they can guarantee they have obtained the permission of the rights holder and can provide proof of this.
  • Not to collect, store or disseminate personal data of a third party.
  • Not to harass, denigrate or insult a third party, in any way whatsoever.
  • Not to attempt to mislead a third party by usurping the name, pseudonym or corporate name of another person or entity.
  • Not to disparage Newsendip, its products and its services.

None of Newsendip services or the data contained constitute a ‘consumer report’ as such term is defined in the Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), 15 U.S.C. sec. 1681 et seq. The data provided to you may not be used as a factor in consumer debt collection decisioning, establishing a consumer’s eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, government benefits, or housing, or for any other purpose authorized under the FCRA. By accessing one of our services, you agree not to use the service or data for any purpose authorized under the FCRA or in relation to taking an adverse action relating to a consumer application.

Engaging in a prohibited use of the Services may result in civil, criminal, and/or administrative penalties, fines, or sanctions against the user and those assisting the user.

  1. Representations and warranties, indemnification, limitation of liabilities

3.1 You represent, warrant and covenant (a) that no materials of any kind submitted through your account will (i) violate, plagiarize, or infringe upon the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy or other personal or proprietary rights; or (ii) contain libelous or otherwise unlawful material; (b) that you are at least thirteen years old if you are in the USA and the UK, and sixteen years old anywhere else; and © if you are under eighteen years old, your parent or legal guardian has read these Terms and Conditions and agreed to them and your use of the Service. You hereby indemnify, defend and hold harmless Newsendip and all officers, directors, owners, agents, information providers, affiliates, licensors and licensees (collectively, the “Indemnified Parties”) from and against any and all liability and costs, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees, incurred by the Indemnified Parties in connection with any claim arising out of: (i) any breach by you or any user of your account of these Terms and Conditions or the foregoing representations, warranties and covenants; or (ii) your gross negligence or willful misconduct. You shall cooperate as fully as reasonably required in the defense of any such claim. Neswendip reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you.

3.2 Neswendip does not represent or endorse the accuracy or reliability of any advice, opinion, statement, or other information displayed, uploaded, or distributed through the Services by any user, information provider or any other person or entity. Neswendip will not be liable to you or any other person as a result of a user’s interactions with other users. You acknowledge that any reliance upon any such opinion, advice, statement, memorandum, or information shall be at your sole risk.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAWS, THE SERVICES AND ALL SOFTWARE ARE DISTRIBUTED ON AN “AS IS” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF TITLE OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WHILE WE TRY OUR BEST TO ENSURE THAT THE PRODUCTS/SERVICES ARE ALWAYS AVAILABLE, UP-TO-DATE AND CORRECT, NEWSENDIP DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PRODUCTS/SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. THERE MAY BE DELAYS, OMISSIONS, INTERRUPTIONS, AND INACCURACIES IN THE CONTENT OR OTHER MATERIAL MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE PRODUCTS/SERVICES. YOU SHOULD NOT RELY ON THE CONTENT AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR, NOR DOES IT REPLACE PROFESSIONAL, LEGAL, FINANCIAL, TAX OR MEDICAL ADVICE. IF YOU HAVE ANY CONCERNS OR QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR HEALTH OR THE CONTENT ON THE SERVICES, YOU SHOULD ALWAYS CONSULT WITH A PHYSICIAN OR OTHER HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONAL. 3.3 IN NO EVENT WILL NEWSENDIP, ITS AFFILIATES AND THEIR RESPECTIVE SHAREHOLDERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, ADVERTISERS, SUPPLIERS, CONTENT PROVIDERS AND LICENSORS (“NEWSENDIP PARTIES”) BE LIABLE (JOINTLY OR SEVERALLY) TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON AS A RESULT OF YOUR ACCESS OR USE OF THE SERVICES, SUBMISSIONS OR CONTENT FOR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS, LOST SAVINGS, LOST REVENUES, OR LOST GOODWILL (COLLECTIVELY, THE “EXCLUDED DAMAGES”). THESE LIMITATIONS APPLY WHETHER THE ALLEGED LIABILITY IS BASED ON NEGLIGENCE, TORT, CONTRACT, OR OTHER THEORY OF LIABILITY, EVEN IF ANY OF THE NEWSENDIP PARTIES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF OR COULD HAVE FORESEEN ANY OF THE EXCLUDED DAMAGES, AND IRRESPECTIVE OF ANY FAILURE OF AN ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OF A LIMITED REMEDY. IF ANY APPLICABLE AUTHORITY HOLDS ANY PORTION OF THIS SECTION TO BE UNENFORCEABLE, THEN THE NEWSENDIP PARTIES’ LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE FULLEST POSSIBLE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

  1. Registration and security

4.1 As part of the registration or account creation process, you will create login credentials by selecting a password and providing an e‑mail address or by linking another account, such as your Apple, Facebook or Google accounts. You also can be requested to provide certain registration information, which must be accurate and updated.

Each registration is for a single user only. You are not allowed to share your registration login credentials or give your login credentials to anyone else. We may cancel or suspend your access to the Products and/or Services if you share your login credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password, which you will not have to reveal it to any representative or agent of Newsendip. You may not (i) select or use the login credentials of another person with the intent to impersonate that person; (ii) use login credentials in which another person has rights without such person’s authorization; or (iii) use login credentials that we, in our sole discretion, deem offensive. Failure to comply with the foregoing shall constitute a breach of these Terms and Conditions, which may result in immediate suspension or termination of your Account.

You consent to receive notifications from us electronically to the e‑mail address you provide to us. You agree that all notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. You agree that you have the ability to store such electronic communications such that they remain accessible to you in an unchanged form.

4.2 Please notify us of any known or suspected unauthorized use(s) of your Account, or any known or suspected breach of security, including loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure of your password or payment information.

4.3 You must be 13 years or older to use any part of the Services in the USA and the UK, and 16 years or older anywhere else. If you are less than 18 years of age and would like to use, subscribe or register to any part of the Services, please ask your parent or legal guardian to review and agree to these Terms and Conditions before you use any part of the Services or ask them to complete the purchase and/or registration on your behalf.

4.4 You are responsible for all usage or activity on your Account with Newsendip, including the use of the account by any third party authorized by you to use your login credentials. Any fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise illegal activity may be grounds for termination of your Account, at our sole discretion, and we may refer you to appropriate law-enforcement agencies.

4.5 If your access to any Service has been provided by or through a third party (for example, your employer or an educational institution at which you are a student), the Customer/User may have provided us with information about you to enable us to provide you with access to the Services and distinguish you from other subscribers (such as your IP address, email address or name).

  1. Fees and payments

We reserve the right at any time to charge fees for access to portions of the Products/Services or the Services as a whole. In no event, however, will you be charged for access to the Products/Services unless we obtain your prior agreement to pay such charges. Thus, if at any time we require a fee for portions of the Services that are now free, we will give you advance notice of such fees. You may cancel your Account at any time. All new fees, if any, will be posted prominently on the Site and in other appropriate locations on the Service. You shall pay all fees and charges incurred through your account at the rates in effect for the billing period in which such fees and charges are incurred, including, but not limited to charges for any digital products or services offered for sale through the Services by us or by any other vendor or service provider. All fees and charges shall be billed to and paid for by you. You shall pay all applicable taxes relating to the use of the Services through your account.

  1. Third-party content and links to third-party websites

The Services contain links to third-party websites, resources, and advertisers (collectively, “Linked Content”). Newsendip does not control, endorse, sponsor, recommend or otherwise accept responsibility for any of this Linked Content. Because we are not responsible for the availability of these outside resources, or their contents or privacy practices, you should direct any concerns regarding any Linked Content to such site.

  1. Software licenses

You shall have no rights to the proprietary software and related documentation, or any enhancements or modifications thereto, provided to you in order to access the Products/Services. You may not sublicense, assign or transfer any licenses granted by Newsendip, and any attempt at such sublicense, assignment or transfer shall be null and void. You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from Software.

  1. Termination, Survival

8.1 You may terminate your Account at any time on your profile page.

8.2 Newsendip may, in its sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Products/Services for any reason, including, without limitation, breach or assignment of these Terms and Conditions.

8.3 The provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall survive the termination of your Account or access to all or part of the Services.

  1. Jurisdiction

9.1 These Terms and Conditions have been made and shall be construed, governed and enforced in accordance with French law. Any action to enforce these Terms and Conditions shall be brought in the courts located in France. In the event of a dispute that is not resolved by one of the means of recourse provided for above, the French courts will have jurisdiction.

9.2 Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to the use of the Services or these Terms and Conditions must be filed within one year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred. Any claim by you that may arise in connection with these Terms and Conditions will be compensable by monetary damages and you will in no event be entitled to injunctive or other equitable relief.

9.3 Access to the Services from territories or countries where the Content or purchase of the products or Services sold on the website is illegal is prohibited. You may not use this website in violation of the export laws and regulations of France.

  1. Miscellaneous

10.1 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions will serve to preempt the promises made in our Privacy Policy.

10.2 You agree to report any violations of the Terms and Conditions to Newsendip as soon as you become aware of them. In the event you have a claim of copyright infringement with respect to material that is contained in a Service, please notify us.

10.3 Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions or to respond to a breach by you or other parties shall not in any way constitute a waiver of our right to enforce subsequently any terms or conditions of these Terms and Conditions or to act with respect to similar breaches.

10.4 If a provision of these Terms and Conditions is held invalid or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be construed in a manner consistent with applicable law to reflect, as nearly as possible, the intention of the parties, and the remaining provision will not be affected and remain in full force and effect.

10.5 If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide us the following information in writing to Newsendip. Please be advised that to be effective, the Notice must include ALL of the following:

  • a physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive copyright that is allegedly infringed;
  • a description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed;
  • a description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the Site;
  • your address, telephone number, and email address and all other information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you;
  • a statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  • a statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your Notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

If you believe that any content or materials you uploaded, posted, or submitted to the Newsendip Service, that were subsequently removed from the Newsendip Service, or to which access was disabled, improperly removed or disabled, please provide the following:

  • your physical or electronic signature.
  • a description of the materials that have been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  • a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • your name, address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Court in which the address is located, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement.

  1. About Products/Services

1.1 You are not required to purchase anything for certain limited use of newsendip.com. However, if you do not purchase a subscription, your access to Newsendip Content and Services will be limited. You may be served advertisements accessing the Site.

1.2 When you purchase a Product, the description of what is offered will be made clear during the order process and before the payment.

1.3 We reserve the right to modify the Content, type and availability of any Product and/or Service at any time.

1.4 Only one person may use the username and password associated with a digital product account. The access codes allow access to the Site from only one device at a time.

1.5 For details about your purchases, including payment methods and billing cycles, please visit your Account.

  1. Processing and payment

2.1 We will process your purchase as promptly as possible. There may be a delay in the activation of your Product while payment details are verified.

2.2 We accept major debit/credit cards, PayPal and certain digital wallet services. We reserve the right to reject any order or purchase at any time.

2.3 If your initial payment authorization is later revoked, your subscription, product or access will be terminated. Contact us if you believe your access was terminated in error.

2.4 Unless specified otherwise, all charges are nonrefundable.

2.5 To view or change your payment method, please visit your Account page.

2.6 We may receive updated credit card information (new credit card number or updated expiration date) from your credit card issuer. The disbursement of the updated credit card information is provided to us at the election of your credit card issuer. We are not responsible for the distribution of your updated credit card information. Your credit card issuer may give you the right to opt out of the update service. It is your responsibility to contact your credit card issuer with regard to your right to opt out of the update service.

  1. Pricing

3.1 When you purchase a digital product, the price will be made clear during the order process. You agree to pay the price that is stated at the time of your order, as well as any applicable taxes. You also agree to the billing frequency stated at the time of your order.

3.2 All prices are in euros or calculated from the euro unless otherwise stated.

3.3 We reserve the right to change prices and fees at any time. We will notify you in advance if the regular rate of a Product changes from what was stated at the time of your order. You will have the opportunity to accept the new price or cancel your subscription or purchase from that point forward.

3.4 Applicable taxes may vary. We are not able to notify you in advance of changes in applicable taxes.

3.5 If a stated price or other material information is determined by us in our sole discretion to be in error, we are not under any obligation to offer you the Product at that price and reserve the right to cancel, to terminate or not process orders (including accepted orders). We will notify you of the error and give you the opportunity to cancel your order and obtain a refund if payment has already been made.

3.6 Additional Costs

3.6.1 Your subscription may not include access to all Products/Services, and you may have to pay additional fees for full access. These additional charges will be clearly stated.

3.6.2 When you use your Product, you may incur other additional charges from third-party service providers, such as telecommunications fees, data fees or service provider fees. You are responsible for paying any additional charges.

3.6.3 If you believe someone else has used your Account or you are being charged for a Product you do not have, please contact us.

  1. Billing

4.1. Billing of Digital Subscriptions

4.1.1 We will charge or debit your payment method at the beginning of your subscription. Billing will continue according to the cycle stated at the time of your order.

4.1.2 To view information about your billing cycle, please visit your Account page.

4.1.3 All Newsendip subscriptions are renewed automatically. When we renew your subscription, we will use the payment method currently associated with your account.  To view information about your payment method, please visit your Account.

4.1.4 If the User and/or Customer does not terminate the Contract within the period of one billing cycle, they are deemed to accept the new contractual conditions.

4.2 Currency

4.2.1 The currency in which you will be billed will be stated during the purchase process. Depending on your payment method and currency, and/or location service provider, fees may apply on top of the price of the Product/Service.

  1. Unpaid Charges

5.1 If your debit/credit card expires or your payment method is otherwise invalid, your subscription or Product will not automatically be terminated. You will remain responsible for all charges.

5.2 You will be responsible for all costs we incur in connection with the collection of unpaid amounts, including court costs, attorney’s fees, collection agency fees and any other associated costs.

  1. Electronic Notifications

You consent to receive notifications from us electronically to the email address you provide to us. You agree that all notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing, unless mandatory applicable laws specifically require a different form of communication. You agree that you have the ability to store such electronic communications such that they remain accessible to you in an unchanged form. You have the possibility to remove your consent in your Account or on the link provided in the newsletters to stop receiving newsletters. You have the possibility to give your consent back after having removed it.

  1. Cancellation and refund policy

7.1. Cancellation and refunds

7.1.2 When you cancel a subscription, you cancel only future charges associated with your subscription. You may notify us of your intent to cancel at any time, but the cancellation will become effective at the end of your current billing period.

7.1.3 You can change or cancel your subscription at any time on your Account profile page.

7.1.4. Cancellations are effective the following billing cycle. You will not receive a refund for the current billing cycle. You will continue to have the same access and benefits of your Product for the remainder of the current billing period.

7.1.5. We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion. If we issue a refund or credit, we are under no obligation to issue the same or similar refund in the future.

7.2. Changes to Content or access

We reserve the right to make changes to our Products at any time. If we temporarily reduce or eliminate the charge for Content or access that you are currently paying for under different terms, you will not receive a refund.

8.3. Cancellations by Newsendip

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription or Product for any reason, with or without notice and without further obligation. You will not be entitled to a refund in these circumstances. If any or all of our Products are temporarily unavailable, you will not receive a refund. We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion. If we issue a refund or credit, we are under no obligation to issue the same or similar refund in the future.
